Finding your way to Everybody Street

There are two recent street photography documentaries that I’d like to see, Finding Vivian Maier, the story about the hidden life and photographs of a nanny who has been described as one of the most important street photographers of our time. Maier’s work — thousands of undeveloped photos — weren’t discovered until after her death in 2009. The other film on my list is Everybody Street, which pays tribute to some of the better known New York City street photographers, such as Elliott Erwitt, Bruce Davidson and Jill Freedman.
